Dinner at Bakstiq

Last Sunday, June 15, 2008. Our good friend, my good friend, came back to Bohol. He is currently working at Convergys. Wow. hehehe. (niuli kay sweldo.. heheh).

He is no other that Engr. James Magallon. But first, I'll introduce faces on the picture. First on the left, it's me. hehe. Then, (engr. ni tanan) Francis Jann Alagon, James Magallon, Jaime Pestilos, Jenelyn Bueno, and the one on the right is no other than my girlfriend, Vinia Chriszon Epe (gwapa noh). 

 

Before we had our dinner, we played DotA at Medianet. It's a 3 on 3 game. We had a lot of fun. Really! We hadn't have much fun since our 5th year on our boarding house. hehehe. lage. My team has Dugo and Vinia. And Jaime's team has James and Jenelyn. They call their team, the J-Team. (way ngan among team.. huhuhu). The first round is a rampage. Grabeh! Thrilling kau ang duwa mga higala. Good thing we won the first round (anad gud mi.. haha way palag.). But unfortunately, we lost in the second round..(sungot man gud si Jaime, mang slow, si Jenai pod kay poisonon pod ta. samot na si Magi (James) di laman pod ta pa tirahon. grrr. We're only up to the second round. (kay gutom na). So we head on out to Bakstiq!

Our first plan was to have our dinner in Sayas. Pero close man d i every Sunday. So we decided to have it on Bakstiq. The food was very good. Awa sa picture di ba hurot. heheh. Their barbeque is fantastic. Pork sisig too. In fact, we ordered our second serving. hehehe. Lami-an gyud mga higala. We were very full. Wa na gani mi kahurot ni Dugo sa halo-halo. heheh. (Paloma) It was about 10 pm that we bid farewell. Kay mag close na ang Bakstiq. (Heheh. kung di pa mg close, nah di mi manguli. heheh). 

Thanks to Magi for "libreing us" heheh. Bitaw, salamat very much. It's a nice experience. Thanks also to Jaime for the transportation services. hehehe. Always man na. Heheh. Guys, sa uulitin! (kung manglibre balik si Magi)... God bless everyone!

Where's Jenai?

Find Jenai in the picture! Do you know who Jenai is? Wala lang.. heheh. If you guessed the one on the bottom left is Jenai, then you are absolutely correct! Hehehe. (Masuko gyd to.)

Anyway, this picture was taken when we had our Ringhop ceremony last March 2008. The venue is in Metrocentre Hotel, Bohol. We enjoyed a lot. I love the food. Hehe. This event is probably one of the most memorable events of our lives as students of CVSCAFT-TCC. Many people said, "mura na mog taw tan awon" because it's the first time, I think, that we are wearing such attire. Too bad, I was not included in the picture. But don't worry, in my next post, I'll include my pic. hehehe. (bagagnawng).

Jenai has the same job as mine. Too bad, I'm gonna leave her here. (Sad bitaw xa!) It's because I had accepted a job offer from CVSCAFT-TCC. I'm gonna be an instructor. (hmmph awon makaya ba). Well, Jenai, you do your best here. Raise the flag of Cvscaftians. The best of the bests. hahaha. Ingats ka dito. Only girl laba ka. hehehe. God bless.

Requirements for Instructor

Yesterday, I went to school to get the list of requirements for becoming an instructor. Although I expected it to be a huge list of requirements, I was still shocked how tiring the list was to comply.

I was given three copies of PDS (Personal Data Sheet) and some medical papers to accomplish. I was asked to have a medical certificate on the following tests:

1. Blood test

2. Drug test

3. Chest X-ray

4. Urinalysis

and I also need to pass the clearances:

1. Barangay clearance

2. Police clearance

3. NBI clearance

Too many but I have no choice. Hmmmph.. I know that it is needed. Or else...

Heheheh. Anyways, this is what I've chosen. So better prepared for it.

Why are there so many requirements? And they have given me only 3 days to comply. Oh c'mon.

How to resign?

Right now, I'm in a very difficult situation. I'm having a problem on how to resign from my occupation. I am currently working as a web developer. I love this work. This is very challenging for me and fun. But something came out. My application for an instructor has been accepted. Then I decided to accept the offer because I find it amusing and a very good experience. My subjects are still in line with my course Computer Engineering. I will be teaching students in the same course as mine. I'm very excited about it.

But the problem is, I haven't passed a resignation letter to our boss yet. And I'm gonna be having my last day in office tomorrow. Oh my God. Good heavens help me.

I've secured the resignation letter already but our boss is not around. Somebody told me that he has gone to Cebu to get his car and he will be back tomorrow. Oh c'mon.. Right now, I'm planning that I will just call him and announce my resignation. Is it a good idea? I don't know. Grrr. Why am i caught into a situation like this?
